FAQ Frequently asked question
How long does it take to get to the ski field?
・It takes 6-7 minutes by foot to the Yu-road moving walkway that leads to the Hikage slope.
・To get to the Nagasaka Gondola you can walk approximately 10-15 minutes or you can take the free shuttle bus. It runs frequently and the bus stop is only 1 minute away.
Can I get rental ski and snowboard equipment from the hotel?
We do not have rental equipment available but we recommend using the following rental companies depending on which gondola you will take. They are both close to the ski field and allow you to leave your equipment over night so you don't carry it back and forth. Please see the links below to make pre arrival reservations.
What should I do if I want to arrive early or leave my bags?
The front desk is open from 7.30am. Luggage can be stored before or after check
out. Please ask the friendly staff to assist you.
Can I arrive late at night?
If you arrive after 10pm, we will leave information at the front desk for how to get to your room. Please kindly let us know beforehand.
Are there any rooms with an ensuite?
All of our rooms are Japanese style with tatami mats and futons. We have shared toilet on each floor and onsens with showers on the 1st floor.
Are the onsen/shower rooms available for use 24 hours?
Yes, except for cleaning. We usually clean the onsens from 9am. This usually takes around 1 hour. The onsens might take some time to fill again but the showers are available for use after that. Shampoo and body soap is provided.

By train get off at Iiyama station ( Hokuriku Shinkansen line) or get off at Iiyama station ( JR Iiyama-line),
